BILLING

An Important Component of our Quality is Billing Transparency and Patient Financial Advocacy.

Addiction Labs performs medically appropriate testing as set by guidelines of leading medical associations and organizations, as well as leveraging our team of medical experts and key opinion leaders in the industry to deliver the best diagnostic tools available to clinicians. Addiction Labs adheres to all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding billing for laboratory services.

Addiction Labs will bill third party payers for laboratory services, utilizing patient information provided by your office with your test requisition. As required by law, Addiction Labs will bill patients for applicable copayments, coinsurance and deductibles commensurate with the terms of their insurance policy. Addiction Labs cannot write off or discount applicable copayments, coinsurance or deductibles. As an accommodation to the patients, and within the limits of the law, Addiction Labs will accept allowable charges from third party carriers regardless of the contractual status between Addiction Labs and the third party carrier, and bill the patient only for the remainder of their financial responsibilities described by their policy.
